2012-06-19 / Infotrust certified as SAP PCoE
Copenhagen, June 7th 2012.
On June 5th 2012 Infotrust was certified as SAP Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE), as one of the first SAP Support Partners in the Nordic Region covering the Scandinavian and Baltic countries.
SAP introduced the exclusive PCOE certification as part of its SAP PartnerEdge Channel programme to ensure all customers receive consistent, high-quality support from its partners.
The process for the certification has lasted almost one year and included a checklist evaluation encompassing SAP support standards, tools and solution-related skills, and a final SAP audit.
The certification is valid for two years and will be required for all partners providing SAP maintenance and support, and will only be renewed if organisations consistently meet and uphold the requirements of the PCoE certification.
